Sponsor our competitions

Sponsorship of one or both of these prizes would mean an affiliation with an important event in the literary calendar, as well as the publication of your company name and logo on:

• all 100,000 of our leaflets distributed across the UK and Ireland
• all online ads and competition-related mailouts
• our (PR5) website for three months after the winners have been announced
• posters and flyers advertising the competition winners’ readings/prize ceremonies

Advertising in the North

The North currently has a print run of 1000, and subscribers are based in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. The magazine is to be relaunched in September 2008, and the new publication will have space for advertising.

For the relaunch issue only, ad spaces are two for one: so pay for one space and have ads placed in both the relaunch issue and the first issue of 2009.

Advertising on this website

This site has a page rank of 5 and gets approximately 100 visitors per day. Google registers 100 other web pages linking to it, and Yahoo over 1,200. The site is to be redesigned in the coming months, and there will then be front-page advertising space.
