We are a small independent publisher of contemporary poetry – including books, pamphlets and audio.

Ordering Online

You can securely order Smith/Doorstop books and pamphlets online by clicking on the 'Buy Online' link on the page of the book or pamphlet that you are interested in. This will take you to the Inpress Books site, which will process your order on our behalf.

Mp3 tracks can be bought and downloaded the Audio page.

Ordering by Post - download order form to print

You can order by posting a Sterling cheque (made payable to 'The Poetry Business') with our order form to the address below. We are unable to take payment by card for postal orders.

Trade orders

Orders of books and magazines can be placed with either us or Central Books. Pamphlets must be ordered direct from us. Normal trade terms apply.
